How do I book my wedding?

Sign a contract and pay a $500 deposit. This will lock in your wedding date and no one else can book it. The package price is divided into affordable interest-free monthly payments. The final payment is due 60 days before the wedding date.

Every Wedding Package Includes The Following Items

  • The Bridal Suite where the bride and attendants can get ready
  • The Man Cave where the groom and groomsmen can get ready.
  • 7,200 sq. ft heated and yes air-conditioned enclosed venue
  • Restrooms adjacent to the event venue which can accommodate large crowds with no waiting
  • Catering prep room with commercial refrigeration and food warmer
  • An elevated 12 x 40 ft center stage for the DJ or band to entertain the guests, located inside the venue and is backdropped by the 30-acre private Mimosa Lake for stunning panoramic views during the reception
  • 12 x 36 ft Oak Dance Floor in front of the stage
  • In addition, also included inside the venue a 6 x 8 ft wall water fountain, a free-standing stone water fountain, and a fire pit
  • An enclosed Christmas bar for displaying wedding guest favors
  • An enclosed separate serving area for caterers, 200 white folding chairs, 25 round tables, 6 rectangular tables, and a sweetheart table
  • The Cake Cottage with antique oak table for the wedding cake/dessert table
  • 12 ft elevated fireplace
  • Restored 1963 Ford Pickup Truck affectionately called “The Gift Truck” for holding gifts in the bed of the truck
  • Use of the grounds including a 120 ft lit covered veranda with 10 cocktail stations and an outdoor bar, an outdoor stone fire pit, 2 cornhole boards, a beautiful hand-built wooden cross that can be decorated for a lovely photo backdrop
  • Lakeside Amish Built White Gazebo accented by a lit water fountain with hand-built wooden pews for a seating capacity of 200 guests and a stone walkway for the wedding ceremony. (In the event of inclement weather your wedding ceremony can easily be moved indoors on the stage facing the lake.)
  • The Bridal Suite located inside the venue equipped with four mirrors, four swivel chairs, and countertop where the bride and her attendants can wait and make last minute adjustments before the wedding starts
