 Step into a magical winter wonderland at Christmas Town at Mimosa Lake, where holiday dreams come to life with life-size displays and twinkling lights around every corner! Stroll through scenes straight out of a Christmas storybook:

 Marvel at the life-size gingerbread house, complete with a smiling gingerbread family.
Snap a photo with Santa’s sleigh and all nine of his reindeer—yes, even Rudolph!

Experience the wonder of  Bethlehem as you marvel at the 14 piece Nativity, announcing a child is born! Celebrate the birthday of Jesus!
Explore a giant igloo, home to a cuddly 8 foot polar bear and a charming penguin family.

 Gaze up at the breathtaking 10-foot trumpeting angel standing tall in all her glory.
Enjoy the nostalgic charm of Victorian Christmas carolers, dressed in festive attire and ready to serenade you with classic holiday tunes.

And that’s just the beginning! With lots of enchanting displays, Christmas Town is the perfect outing to create magical moments and capture memories that will last a lifetime for your entire family.

Hours and Admission

Christmas Town is located at The Pavilion at Mimosa Lake 11398 Courthouse Road Lunenburg, VA 23952. We will open on Friday November 27th through Christmas Weekend.  Our operating hours are Thursday -Saturday from 5:30pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Admission is $11.00 cash or $12.00 with a credit or debit card. Children two and under are free.

Our Amenities

Christmas Town was built with the idea that families could create memories and take pictures that would be shared with future generations. Gather around the firepit as you roast a marshmallow.  Stroll the grounds looking at the beautiful displays and twinkling lights while Christmas music plays. Most of our displays are located inside the venue, which allows us to be open regardless the weather. A free Santa Combo with every admission. Come be amazed at Christmas Town.

We love our furry friends, but pets aren't allowed at Christmas Town since all of our Christmas displays  are located inside. This helps us keep the experience safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for understanding.

We do not offer advance ticket sales for Christmas Town. Tickets can be purchased at the door when you arrive. We look forward to welcoming you.

 You will get a free Santa Combo with every admission which includes a hot dog, bag chips, a bottle of water or a cup of hot chocolate. 

Christmas Town is a walk-through Christmas display filled with festive vignettes and plenty of photo ops along the way. Outside, we have a cozy fire pit where guests can roast marshmallows, and each day our Elf on the Shelf, Peppi, hides in a new spot—kids who find it get a candy cane! A scavenger hunt for young and old alike. A ride on the Polar Express. Santa Claus and other characters on select nights during the season.
